Potrebno za knedle:
1 jaje
1 kašika ulja
1/3 kašičice soli
1/2 kašičice praška za pecivo
7 kašika griza
Priprema: U 2 vode staviti šargarepu, peršun, celer, krompir, pileće meso po izboru, začine i staviti da se kuvaju 30 minuta od vrenja.
Nakon toga izvaditi meso i povrće, meso ideći na kockice, povrće ispasirati viljuškom, pa sve vratiti u supu.
Pripremiti smesu za knedle. Umutiti jaje, dodati so, prašak za pecivo, griz, sjediniti, pa dodati i ulje i ponovo dobro izmešati. Vrućom kašičicom zahvatati i spuštati knedlice u vrelu supu. Kuvati još 10 minuta.
Gotovu supu pre služenja možete posuti iseckanim svežim listovima peršuna.
